The Colored Musicians Club & Jazz Museum welcomes Sabu and Friends to our Sunday Night Jazz Series on November 26, 2023, at the Buffalo History Museum!

Tickets are available at the door; $20 for members and $25 for non-members.

About Sabu and Friends: Sabu Adeyola is a bass player best known for his work in the studio and in concert with pianist Ahmad Jamal. Born in Buffalo and educated at UB, Adeyola was a protége of Charles Mingus, appeared on recordings by Pat Metheny and Gary Burton, and has performed at venues around the world with such major artists as Abbey Lincoln, Charlie Byrd, Donald Byrd, Dexter Gordon, “Big” Joe Turner, Mal Waldron, Grover Washington Jr., and Cassandra Wilson.
